There are many opportunities for purchasing new construction.  Average build time in this area runs about 5-8 months.  Builders occasionally have a standing inventory home ready for purchase, or one that may be coming available.  Inventory/availabilities change all the time. 

Remember, the builder's site agent represents the builder - you deserve to have an agent representing you (and it doesn't cost you anything extra!)
